The Church of the Holy Sepulchre was built by Constantine the Great. Constantine the Great, who converted to Christianity, wanted to build a church on the site of the tomb of Christ. That’s why the Church of the Holy Sepulchre becomes one of the most significant places for Christian pilgrims. The capricious history destroyed and rebuilt the church several times. The current facade, for example, is the work of the Crusaders.

Charles DELIUS (1877-1962) is a French photographer. He specializes in documentary photography. He was very attentive to details and captured scenes that could easily be ignored by other artists. The photographer offered a unique style in capturing and producing images. It made his photos attractive.
